I find Michael Brown's work facinating and really important for all of us. "We are each responsible for the quality our experience. Until consciously impacted with our compassionate awareness, our unintegrated fear, anger, and grief is the causal point of our outer disharmony, discomfort, disease, and delusion. By in any way suppressing and sedating any unintegrated emotional condition - and instead allowing ourselves to be emotionally carried by anyone or anything - we remain a species that is inauthentic, out of integrity, and lacking in the emotional capacity to receive the blessings of intimacy. Only developing the inner capacity to feel delivers us beyond this predicament. "
